I've finished that korean vcd which i talked about a couple posts back. Turn out that it was another sappy soppy love story. At one point in time, the boy said he wanted to meet the girl. So the girl schedules to meet the boy in a week time, which was two years for the boy, coz boy was living in t1 (1998).

Upon watching that, i went like, "Omg, wait for two years! The boy is surely gonna die in the show.". And it turn out that the girl didn't meet the boy at the meeting point coz the boy really did die. Haha, maybe i should go into script writing.

Before the said arrangement of the meeting, the girl actually met her ex-boyfriend. Her ex-boyfriend went abroad earlier, fell in love with another girl, though irrelevant, and acheived the status of ex-boyfriend. Let's just say ex-boyfriend left korea in t1.5, where t1 < t1.5 < t2.

The girl wrote a letter to the boy saying, "Sorry, could you please stop him (ex-boyfriend) from leaving."

Turn out that before the day of the arranged meeting arrived. The silly boy really did try to stop the ex-boyfriend from leaving the girl at t1.5. And as the boy was crossing the road (to stop the ex-boyfriend from leaving), he got knocked down by a car and instead went to sing "hallelujah" with angels on wings.

When girl knew that boy died for her, she became all weepy and decided that she really want this guy after all. She quickly wrote a letter to tell boy... i donno what was in the letter, can't read korean. Anyway, the boy received the letter and avoided certain death in t1.5. Boy met up with girl at the begining of t2 , before the first letter was sent from t2 to t1 and i assume they lived happily ever after.

Now... time travel stories are always hard to write, and i don't really blame this show for having such a bad time travel experience. The show was after all more revolving on the love thingy. Look at terminator and back to the future. These are stories that revolve around time travel, and some parts they fall into time loops too.

What's a time loop? If boy didn't die in t1.5 then girl wouldn't cry in t2 and wouldn't send the rescuing letter from t2 to t1. Then boy wouldn't have recieved the rescuing letter and boy dies in t1.5 thus falling into a cycle. Okie, i think i better stop here before i go into the different variations in time loops, less i bore the larger part of my blogders.
