The end of 2004 is approaching quickly. I used to like year end, because its a festive season with long holidays and several public holidays to look forward too. Not that i look forward to anything these days.
But the end of the year also comes to the lips easily. So when the boss says to a customer, "We'll get it done by the end of this year." Which in turn means i have to get it done by the end of this year, festive mood doesn't really come to mind.
So just as everyone is plunging into festive season, i'm psyching up for weeks of long OT. Was gonna start this week, but since the week started with a holiday, the whole week really does feel like a holiday. Went to watch "the forgotten" with a couple friends, tired today, and meeting another friend tomorrow, so no OT this week.
Yeah, i can hear you say. It's only a little OT, everyone does it and its nothing special. Well. then its about time that you realised that the world revolves around me, not you :p Haha, trust me to coin such a phrase, my cousin actually wanted to repeat this to a vegetarian friend of hers when her friend complained that eating crab roe was killing thousands of crabs.
A little on "Forgotten". It's a lame show, don't watch it. Unless you buy into illogical happy endings and stuff. And if any of you've watched it already and still says its good, let me remind you that the Sam's father was never even mentioned in the ending.
