I had a hot shower yesterday. Its been so long since i last had a hot shower... oh wait, i just came back from gippy, so my last hot shower wasn't too long ago. Let me rephrase that... Its been so long since i last had a hot shower in sg... oh wait again, i went to chalet couple weeks ago, and i think there was atleast one of the showers which i had hot water. Ain't it terrible, i have to take a cold shower in a fully airconditioned chalet. I could have waited for the hot water to come though, but i'm not a person who waits around for things to happen. Oh um... that's regarding matters that does not concern... dare i say... love.

Anway, back in gippy, yinyin could swear that i shower in winter freezing cold water, coz everytime i come out of the shower, i'll be shaking and shivering with cold, so much that i'm like possesed. Funny thing was that i was showering with scalding hot water. Maybe the water was too hot and when i returned into the colder environment, it felt too cold. You know, like how you can feel both hot and cold from the same water. Try this, put one hand in hot water and another in cold water. Then put both hands in lukewarm water, the water would feel both hot and cold at the same time. So maybe feeling cold anot is kind of relative.

Anyway, i had this electric under blanket back in gippy. And according to proper usage, i was supposed to sleep with it turned off. That means, i was supposed to turn it on before i sleep to warm the bed and turn it off when i'm sleeping on the bed. Kind of logical too, since i won't want to burn myself while sleeping. Like how we shouldn't use laptops on our laps to avoid burning our thighs.

Anyway, i hardly gave any care to these evil advice and slept with the electric blanket turned on. And ya know what, i never did burn myself, haha :D But there were plenty of times where i was awaken in the middle of the night, sweating profusely. My t-shirt would become utterly soaked and there was no way i could return to sleep without changing into a drier, warmer t-shirt. Yes, a soaked t-shirt is cold even with doona on top and a furnace underneath.
