Time and again, Tomorrow.sg is seemingly being used as a weapon (my opinion) to order witch-hunts. Sure they might say they're neutral and stuff, but history has also shown that there are times where assassination of kings are not a result of a rebeling lord's direct orders.
I do tend to agree with Tomorrow.sg that asking for permission to quote/link is an unneccessary hassle, but they didn't have to handle things the way they did. Proclaiming themselves to be a blog of singapore(an) blogs, it seemed kind of strange to me that editors would say something to the effect of, "If you can't handle it, don't blog.".
Maybe my expectations of the editors at Tomorrow.sg are too high. Maybe having so many blogders using it as a (the only) portal into blogosphere, and having journalists from the press trolling for juicy stuff to put in their paper doesn't really matter a difference. And that we should subject it to the same principles as a low readership blog. And still expect the same outcomes?
